The update seem has some new bugs that doesnt exist in older version

We would strongly advise you to update your video card driver. These types of artifacts should be gone upon the update.

The distorted image occurred while viewing a large *.png file.
It very much is likely a video driver issue but drivers no longer being updated for my laptop graphics adapter.
