You should definitely try to update to the latest version of Lunacy 3.15.3. There are tons of improvements in comparison to your currently used version 3.9.1

#5

I’ll surely try and get back to you.

Thank you

#6

Unfortunately, 3.15.3.0 seems to not load at all either (at least for me).
Windows version Windows 10 Pro, ver 1809

#7

Hello! Please confirm which version you install: from the store or from the Lunacy main web page?

#8

Hi, I’ve installed version from windows store

#9

Most probably you have some issues with access to the Windows Store. I would suggest you download the version from Lunacy web page: https://icons8.com/lunacy

#10

Hi @sergy, its not working both ways.
Tried downloading latest version from windows store as well as from official site. Nothing helped.

#11

Could you please clarify one thing. Do experience a problem with downloading the app or with its installation? If there is a problem with downloading we can upload it to some cloud file storage comfortable to you.

#12

Everything works fine, but when I try to open the app, nothing happens! :frowning:

Having the same problem here.
