When you create a topic describing an issue, please mention your Lunacy (press F1 to check it) and OS versions.
To help us locate critical bugs encountered in Lunacy, we also ask our users to attach any relevant logs when they create a post on this forum, especially when it comes to instances of crashing.
On Windows crash logs can be found here:
C:/Users/%USERNAME%/AppData/Local/Icons8/Lunacy/Logs
By default, AppData folder is hidden. To make it appear, open the View tab in the File Explorer and check the Hidden items box.
On Ubuntu you can find crash logs here:
/home/USERNAME/.local/share/Icons8/Lunacy/Logs
On MacOS you can find crash logs here:
Users/%USERNAME%/Library/Containers/com.icons8.Lunacy/Data/.local/share/Icons8
Or you can access them from Lunacy:
