Is Lunacy available offline or online?

I have plans to install Lunacy, but I’m confused that Lunacy can be opened offline or online? So you guys who have used Lunacy can answer this topic, please.

Hi,

Lunacy can be used offline it’s an application, just like photoshop or any other. But to be able to get the icons the first time you will need internet.
