What version of the Windows do you use?
Have you downloaded Microsoft store version of Lunacy or you downloaded it from our site?
Which build of Windows 10 do you use?
What about user rights (i mean permission to modify your system)? Are they ok?
Are there any problems with cpu, gpu, ram or free hdd space?
First downloaded from the site, but the program did not work, then downloaded from the Microsoft store and screenshots of what happened threw above.
