There are no icons in the Windows app


Problem description:
You do not see any icons in the app after launching

Solution #1

If you could see icons in the app before, probably the icon database has corrupted. To resolve the issue, reinstall the application. Download the latest version —

Solution #2

If you downloaded the application using one account and now you are logged in via a different one, the application probably cannot find the icon database.

To resolve the issue, you need to:

  • Turn off the application: Options->Exit
  • Go to the directory C:\Users\<first_user>\AppData\Roaming\Icons8
  • Copy the database directory
  • Go to the directory C:\Users\<second_user>\AppData\Roaming\
  • Create an Icons8 directory
  • Paste the database directory copied from the account of the first user
  • Launch the application

If neither of these solutions worked, you:
Click Options->Create report
