We are currently considering purchasing a license for the “icons” package for our company. We are developing software that will be distributed for fee and would like to use icons in UI, could you provide the details regarding the terms of commercial use?

As long as the end-users don’t have an explicit way to download and reuse icons used within the app, it’s all okay. Using icons in UI is one of the most common use-cases. Buying a license will let you download high-res icons and use them without needing to credit Icons8.
