Connection Error despite having strong internet

I installed beta version just thinking if this gonna fix it.

Do you have any VPNs on? This might be the cause of this issue.

I don’t have any vpn. What I have is the edge builtin vpn and malwarebytes browser guard. Does it count? I also change to different regions and china is the region that having this kind of problem.

Yes, both of these apps can cause this. I recommend turning off the Edge VPN and making an exception for Lunacy in Malwarebytes. Let me know if that helps! :raised_hands:

Here’s another suggestion that might help you:

– Go to HelpOpen App Data Folder;
– Delete the Settings folder;
– Log out of your account and then sign in again.
