Crashes after install from windows store

I can’t see the lunacy version because the application opens and immediately crashes

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1061.0

There is no crash or error report in logs, just everytime I attempt to open it it generates a log that looks exactly like this:

I click to open lunacy and I get a white box on the screen, and about 5-10 seconds later it just closed down without warning.
