My doubts are related to Sketch account needed for a team collaboration on documents.
Is it enough to have Personal account to invite team members to access all the documents in the account, or should I have a ‘Sketch for Teams’ account, with per member payments, in order to access all the features of both Sketch and Lunacy integration?

Well, in theory - the number of applications that can be connected to an account is not limited.
Team accounts are generally needed to make it clear who is editing the document and to differentiate access rights, as well as to comment on projects in the web interface.
