How to add gradients to text? I tried making the text a component and and tried grouping it too but it didn’t worked so far…

Hi!

It is very simple, you don’t have to rasterize the text or anything.

Select your text object and click + next to the Fills in the Inspector.

  1. Click the color box.
  2. Select the gradient type at the top of the Color palette tool.

Now you can move the gradient points and assign color to them.
