How can I cancel my subscription?

If you pay using a credit/debit card, you can cancel your subscription at the Billing page of your profile summary by clicking the “Cancel” button:

Cancelling for other payment methods:

• If you use PayPal, you can cancel the subscription through your personal PayPal account.

• In case you subscribed via Apple Pay, you can cancel the subscription in iPhone/iPad settings: Settings—Apple ID—Subscriptions—Icons8 icons—Cancel.

• You can manage Microsoft Store subscriptions in your MS Store account.

• If you use WeChat Pay, please contact us.

Please note that the unused credits will disappear when your subscription expires. If you’d like to save them for later, you can pause the subscription.

Manuel, the remaining icons disappear at the end of your billing period. If you cancel it, you will need to use the remaining downloads before your subscription expires.

There is an alternative option: you can pause your subscription and save your downloads for the future.
