Is it possible to create an opacity mask on an image?

Hi there,

Is it possible to fade an image out to nothing using a gradient? I’ve been trying and I can’t seem to find a way to do it.

You can try to make a gradient overlay using the fill tool: double click the color square and choose the gradient type you like. Here’s also a bit details about it: https://docs.icons8.com/styling/#fills

Though, there’s no option to apply a gradient opacity mask to an image, if I got your point right. I assume gradient mask tool is available in Photoshop only.
