In your licensing document it says

All Wordpress themes containing Licensed Material must include the following reference: https://icons8.com

I, as a web designer, am going to be setting up Wordpress sites and selling them to clients. Does that mean I will have to include a backlink to icons8? Or is it only necessary to include a backlink for people selling themes on sites like Themeforest?

Hi! Yes, according to our License a backlink to Icons8 is required when using the icons in your Wordpress websites/ As for the themes, if you sell them on any marketplace, please include the link into the themes as well.
