Line Awesome in MS Office

Hello,
my client is using the Line Awesome in MS Office 2019 and some icons are shown as white in “insert symbol” and there not shown in PDFs.

Is this because of thier free plan?
Do they need the icons plan?

Hey there,

All icons in Line Awesome are free, so it seems like a technical issue. May I ask you to check if you have downloaded the latest version of Line Awesome from here: icons8.com/line-awesome

This might be a compatibility issue.

Hey Alexey,
My client and I downloaded the latest version.

Another problem is, all white icons overlay each other when inserted.
We are using Windows 10 and Office 2019.
