Lunacy Connection Error with the server(?)

OS version: Windows 11 Pro 23H2

This week I had been working on a document called Altiplano, where I had already made significant progress. It was saved in the cloud. I then decided to create an account and log in, but upon doing so, I lost access to that document.
My account is linked to the same email address I used on this platform.

Is there any way to recover access to that document?
