Hello Amuser! Most probably you are experiencing these errors due to outdated system libraries not due to malfunctioning of the Lunacy app. We’d recommend you to update the .NET Framework and Microsoft Visual C++. Please check out the system requirements here: https://docs.icons8.com/about/#requirements

I have both of these VC++ redistributable 2015 and Net Framework 4.6.1 installed.

Yes, it turns out that the issue was on the side of Lunacy. It has already been fixed. You’ll be able to download the fix from the Store within a day or two.

Update
Installed the latest updated vc_redist.x64.exe and now is working.

Hello, sorry for the late reply. Do you still experience this issue with Lunacy?

Still experiencing this on Windows 10 Build 1909, on my Ryzen 7 1700 with 32GB RAM and a GTX 1070. However, it seems to run fine when installed using Windows’s Windows Sandbox VM.

Hello, can you give us more details on this issue, please?
Do you get any errors or popups from Lunacy?
