Hey there,
I’ve just checked the cloud file that you sent me and everything seems to be working fine now. Could you give it another it shot, please?
I have also noticed that it has returned to normal. The only action I took was to lock all layers. I am not sure if this is related.
The issue has reappeared today. Would you be able to take another look and see if it can be resolved?
This looks like the issue I am having with some of my icons, it is only since updating from v9.1.1 to v9.2.1.
After the update a good number of the icons I was using or had created in the old version had this happen to them, sometimes when I clicked on the lock to lock the layer and unlock it again it would sort itself out. But particularly when I have embedded the icons as components within other components, switching from the default status to an alternate version of that icon, the icon would always show like this (misplaced, shifted or just moved off centre).
Detaching it from the component does not fix this issue.
Recreating the icon or converting them to outlines does not fix the issue.
Hey, could share a screencast of this issue and your OS version? I’ve also sent you a DM, it would be great if you could forward me a file too.
Unfortunately due to the nature of my work I am unable to share the files I am working on (or images of them), I’ll try to replicate the issue on my personal PC as soon as possible for you. Currently using Win10 Pro 22H2 Build 19045.3324.
It seems to me to be an issue with some kind of residual transform on the vertices from previous versions of the software. While embedded within a component they don’t always apply the transforms correctly, I’ve found some are rotated, others are just partially offset or even enlarged or shrunk in size.
