Please update Lunacy to the latest version to see if that fixes the issue. Go to Help → About → Install updates. You can also enable beta updates for the newest features.
If the issue persists after the update, please report it directly from Lunacy, including your device information and logs. This will help us troubleshoot the problem.
As a matter of fact, I’ve been keeping an eye on and updating the latest version, and paying attention to whether or not the ability to customize shortcuts that I’ve suggested on the forums has been added, so there’s no doubt that I’m using the latest version, and I’ve looked up info on the web that there may be a problem with my windows system’s language settings.
We haven’t been able to reproduce the tool panel issue, so it might be related to your operating system, indeed.
Considering the shortcut customization, we keep an eye on all feature requests, so there’s always hope to see yours in one of the future releases
