is there a way to manipulate individual and/or multiple vector points of a shape? For example moving/nudging two out of four vector points of a shape, or aligning two vector points to each other.

Thanks for getting back to me. Having watched the video I think I can conclude that you can select multiple vector points, but you cannot align them automatically like you can do with shapes. And nudging only when you use the mouse, not using the arrows on a keyboard.
Right, these features are not implemented yet, but here is another thing you can do for now: while editing the points, find the right panel with the points’ coordinates, then select a few needed points and give them the same coordinate. This should help the aligning issue.
