Platform Expansion Inquiry

I’ve been using Lunacy for a couple of months, and based on my experience running it in the Android Linux development environment, research into Avalonia, and testing touch support on both Linux and the web app, I wanted to inquire whether expanding platform support to Android is a possibility you would consider in the distant future or if it’s completely off the table.

There is virtually no true vector graphic design software on Android, and there are people who would use Lunacy on Android even if it took the Krita route by simply porting the raw desktop app and UI. This isn’t a feature request, I know you already have a lot on your plate, I just wanted to know your general stance on Android.

Hi! It’s not completely off the table, but to be honest, it’s not a priority for us at the moment. We’re a small team, and spreading ourselves too thin isn’t a good idea right now

Understandable and generally the best news I could hope for

I will just keep using the Android Linux terminal until avf reaches parity with crostini or until you all are ready for an expansion. Either way produces the same effect, Lunacy on Android.
