Rotate icon in URL?

Trying to use the same arrrow icon for two assets in CSS. I need to change the colors and I need one to be upright, and the other rotated 180°.

While icons8 has the option to rotate the icon in the preview, it doesn’t stay rotated in the url. Figuring out how to change the color in the url was easy (&color=[hex code]) but I’m not sure how to alter the URL to change the rotation.

I know I can download the icon and rotate it myself, but I’m pedantic and now I’m curious if it’s possible to encode the rotation into the url itself?
