So, similarly to how random icons in my collections disappear on the website, there are random icons that are present, though blank; the image doesn’t load. Not sure what’s causing either one. Also, is there some way to download entire collections via Pichon, like there is on the website? Thanks.
Could you give us some details, please?
- what app version are you using?
- did you download it from our website directly, or Microsoft Store?
- Please attach a screenshot of the issue, it would help a lot.
As for downloading collections in the app - unfortunately, there’s no such option yet. You need to sync the collection with your website account first and then download it from the website.
