Hello!
I’m trying to create a transparent text mask, but I’m blocked. I’ve read the tutorials and searched in the documentation, and I know is done with the layers, but can’t get it to work. 
Here you got a picture of what I’m doing. I would like to make the grey text transparent, so the background could be seen. Could anyone handle me a hand?

You can create transparent text maks via a method with two backgrounds, you can check out how it works here.
It’s also possible to do this with boolean operators:
