Upgrade opacity/alpha channel of colors

adding 1~2 decimal places to the percentage would help the accuracy of the colors generated when combined.

There are some colors that despite being close like F7F7F7 and F8F8F8 have a significant contrast, and can be generated incorrectly with an Alpha channel only of integers in the program.
