Lunacy version: Help → About (F1 or Fn+F1)
OS version: im curious if there is a way to create a lsrge grid graph. maybe 300x300 grids. and then use that graph as like a blank pattern maker by being able to fill each grid in separately with chosen color and create my own graphghan patterns?
While there’s no built-in ‘pixel art’ or ‘grid painting’ tool like in specialized apps, you can create graphgan patterns in Lunacy. Here’s how:
- Create two rectangles side by side (make sure they’re touching each other)
- Select both rectangles, and you’ll see a Grid Duplicate handle
- Drag the handle to create your 300x300 grid of rectangles
- Select individual or groups of rectangles and change their color using the Selection Inspector on the right
You can select multiple cells at once and color them together, making the process much faster than coloring them one by one. Lunacy is not a specialized pixel art tool, but it does the job for pattern making ![]()
